All products sold by Cotswold Custom are made to order and carefully packaged before dispatch.

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

As products are individually printed and prepared to order, production times may vary depending on the product type, order size and current workload.

For custom products, production will only begin once all required artwork, text and order information has been received.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Estimated delivery times apply after dispatch:

• Standard Delivery: Typically 2–3 working days after dispatch  
• Express Delivery: Typically 1–2 working days after dispatch

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where possible.
