Returns & Refunds
Unused non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and returned in suitable packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of custom products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
This includes products customised with:
• Customer artwork
• Logos
• Names or text
• Personalised layouts
• Custom colour requests
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring supplied artwork, spelling and order details are correct before production begins.
